Major innovations
Two-phase nozzles
The nozzle CSL and the principle of atomization developed by CALDYN has been proven as avery economical spraying technology. Liquid and gas are mixed at low velocities in a mixing chamber and accelerated to the sonic velocity of the two phase mixture (patented in 1976).

Quenching systems
The CALDYN quenching system comprises cooling/conditioning of hot flue gases to a defined temperature, especially before inlet of electro- or bag-filters. CALDYN has over 35 years of experience in planning, designing, manufacturing and commissioning quenching systems. Over 500 units have already been delivered worldwide.
NOx-reduction systems
Atomizing systems delivered by CALDYN for reducing NOx have been used successfully since 1990. CALDYN offers sophisticated components for SCR and SNCR processes.
